Once shipped, transit times vary by region. Please treat these as estimates, not guarantees:

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $100** (to most US/EU addresses).
For orders below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination—typically between **$15 and $30.
Remote areas (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, offshore islands) may incur extra surcharges, which we'll confirm with you before fulfillment.

Carriers We Use
We partner with trusted logistics providers:

• DHL – for fast international deliveries.

• USPS – for US domestic and select international routes.

• YunExpress – for reliable, cost-effective global shipping.
  Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email to follow its journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important for International)
If your order crosses an international border, it may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. We have no control over customs decisions and cannot predict what they'll charge. If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned or abandoned, you'll be responsible for any associated losses.

Address Changes
Double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before dispatch and we'll try to update it. Once shipped, we cannot redirect—any reshipping cost due to an incorrect address will be your responsibility.
